RJ BROWS STUDIO AND ACADEMY POLICIES

RESERVATION
All appointments must be made online through our reservation system or by calling our studio at 832 281 9028807. Appointments are NOT accepted by email, text message or any social network. To ensure availability we suggest that you book your appointments in advance. We also have a waiting list that you can add to once you book your initial appointment. All appointments must be confirmed by / text message that you will receive 48 hours in advance. We do our best to accommodate last minute appointments whenever possible and are more than happy to reschedule appointments 48 hours in advance. Please note that if you do not confirm your appointment, cancel last minute, or show up, the deposit will be forfeited and a second deposit will be required to reschedule. At a small business like RJ Brows Studio and Academy, we want to provide our clients with the best service and price available. Short notice cancellations and no-shows are detrimental to our ability to provide good service, low prices, and continue a profitable business. We ask for your help and cooperation in this matter.

PERMANENT MAKEUP CONSENT FORMS
If you are a NEW client, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a client consent form or print and complete client consent forms. These must be completed prior to your scheduled appointment. CUSTOMER CONSENT FORMS PERMANENT MAKEUP

DEPOSITS

A $ 100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling your appointment for all permanent makeup services. The remaining balance must be paid at the time of service. If you do not confirm your appointment, cancel late, or show up, you will lose the deposit. If you are 15 minutes late after your appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited and an additional $ 100 deposit will be required to rebook. Without exceptions.

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds or exchanges through RJ Brows Studio and Academy. All sales are final and the price is non-negotiable.

GIFT CARDS AND ONLINE Vouchers
Gift cards and online vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards or vouchers must be present at the time of your service. RJ Brows Studio and Academy is not responsible for the loss, theft or unauthorized use of the card.

GUEST POLICY
Only clients who receive a service with our staff will be able to leave the waiting area. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent present to sign the authorization form and remain present throughout the service consultation. Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are allowed in the studio with a responsible adult in charge at all times.

CUSTOMERS OUT OF CITY
In recent years, RJ Brows Studio and Academy has moved from serving the Houston area to serving clients in our neighboring cities and states. If you are outside of Houston, we would love to help you arrange hotel accommodations.

HOURS OF OPERATION
We are open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. M. At 4:00 p. M. By appointment only. Saturday closing. Only on Sundays premium appointment, for premium appointment information call 281 902 8807
